Vanilla Creamer

This creamer is simple to make and so delicious with coffee or tea!

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons presoaked cashews( preferably over night, rinsed well)

1 can full fat coconut milk

1/2 vegan milk, I like hemp or oat

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla, or more

pinch of salt

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together on high speed until light and foamy.
