My Journey
Hello and Welcome
I am a Yoga Teacher, Wellness Coach, Professional Plant-Based Chef, and now a Writer.
The question ”Who I Am” appeared in my mind over and over since I was very young. This question became my driving force to constantly look for knowledge in the world, and later inside of myself. I always had a strong desire to learn and explore, so it is no surprise one day it led me far away from home.
Living in the United States I discovered Yoga which not only led me on an important lifelong spiritual journey but became my life.
As a yoga practitioner over the years, I experienced and adapted many cleansing, and healing rituals into my daily life to assist with my Yoga practice. Some of them are as old as the science of Yoga, and some came with the evolution of our world. I am constantly searching for knowledge to understand our physical body and the connection to the Universe through this physical body and the Five Elements.
I am currently working on Wellness Programs and a Book that is dedicated to the purpose of Yoga. The main concept of my work is the transformation of our physical body to realize our true spiritual nature. I have questions and I am constantly seeking answers to help me understand our relationship with food, our attachments, deep connections, vulnerability, and pure love behind it all.
My hope is to inspire You to slow down, take care of your body, eat more live and vibrant food, and practice Yoga.
In the end, our body is the most precious gift we have:)
Yoga
My life can be divided into two parts, before and after Yoga. Before Yoga, I could compare myself to a traveler without a map or any kind of navigation tool. I was like a wanderer who was trying to find a way out of the wild dark forest without a guide, getting completely lost over and over.
Finding Yoga finally gave me much-needed answers and a much-needed direction for my life. Yoga continuously provides me with practical tools on how to navigate my daily life and how to live with awareness.
Yoga is an Art of Life!
As we step on the path of yoga with a strong commitment and devotion to our Creator, we learn how to live with awareness and mindfulness and we can transform our suffering into joy, and pure love, and only then we can change our world into a peaceful place to live. By achieving peace within ourselves, we will all reach the next stage of civilization, the miraculous world of abundance, peace, and love, and we will live as one.
When we are at peace with ourselves, everything in this mysterious life is perfect just as it is!
Life is to love, to live, to take care of each other, to celebrate, to dance, to breathe…
The Light in Me Bows to the Light in You!
My Practice
All I need is to walk into my space, get on my mat, and practice. As I shape my physical body into various forms, I align it with the sacred, cosmic geometry, focusing on alignment, breath, and sensations. As I watch the clouds and shadows passing by, my mind becomes quieter. No fears, no desires, and no hopes… I close my eyes…I surrender…
