Welcome! My name is Anastasiya.
Since an early age, I’ve been searching for the answer to the question: “Who am I?”
One day, that search led me to yoga.
Today, I’m deeply grateful to be doing what fills my heart and gives my life profound meaning: I practice and teach the ancient science of life — yoga — which remains more relevant than ever in our modern world.
Each day, by choosing this path—through discipline, practice, and awareness-we discover inner harmony and true freedom.
Before yoga, I was like a traveler without a map or any sense of direction — a wanderer trying to find a way out of a wild, dark forest without a guide, getting lost again and again.
Discovering yoga finally gave me what I had been searching for: answers, and most importantly, direction in my life.
Perhaps awareness is the most valuable gift we receive through yoga — a gift that gently guides us to live consciously and with purpose.
And within the ability to live consciously lies a great secret: the power to transform suffering into peace, joy, and pure love.
If each of us learns to master the mind, we, as humanity, will have the chance to evolve into a new stage of civilization — a world of abundance, peace, and unity, where we live as one.
Life is a miraculous phenomenon!
The light in me bows to the light in you!
One day, I felt it…
In a single moment, I experienced an overwhelming feeling —
as if I were in love with the whole world.
I could barely contain the love that was growing inside me,
ready to burst from within.
Everything around me — every leaf, every ray of light, the breath of the wind — it was all love.
I no longer felt any boundaries between myself and all that exists.
I am this world.
And the whole world within me.
All I need is to walk into my space, get on my mat, and practice. As I shape my physical body into various forms, I align it with the sacred, cosmic geometry, focusing on alignment, breath, and sensations. As I watch the clouds and shadows passing by, my mind becomes quieter.
No fears, no desires, and no hopes…
I close my eyes…
I surrender…
I have full gratitude towards all my teachers for sharing with me the
Sacred Wisdom of Yoga
