Food has always been a source of joy, creativity, and connection in my life.
I poured my heart into every recipe I created, spending hours developing, refining, photographing, and sharing them here on this site.
Over time, my relationship with food evolved. My yoga practice helped me realize that food is more than just taste and satisfaction — it is life force and energy.
Through yoga, I gradually transitioned from a vegan, cooked-food lifestyle to a primarily fruit-based diet. The decision to exclude cooked foods (and some others) came from a deeper understanding of health and vitality, grounded in my personal experience.
At first, I asked myself: What should I do with this large collection of recipes I had created over the years? When I shared my thoughts with my daughter and close friends, they encouraged me to keep these recipes as part of my journey. And I agreed. Every dish I created is an important step on my path toward mindfulness and health.
I’m happy to leave these recipes here — as inspiration, and as a reminder that the path to change can be beautiful and delicious.
