About Private Yoga Classes
Regular Yoga practice will help you to develop daily discipline in your practice and will improve your physical and mental health making your life more serene, creative, and fulfilling
The typical Yoga class combines joint and gland exercises, marma points stimulation, strengthening, stretching, and balancing asanas
You will learn how to properly align your body in poses to prevent any injuries and optimize pose benefits. You will work on your balance and stability while working on mobility, developing a focus in your practice
With regular practice of yoga comes awareness of every part of your body and stillness of the mind cultivating self-transforming practice
Every class combines Pranayamas(breath awareness practices), and full-body relaxation techniques, and is completed with meditation
As your mind becomes more peaceful, you can control your reactions, one of the main reasons for human suffering
You will be feeling peaceful and balanced, and you will be the sole creator of your life!

Welcome to Your Online Yoga Practice Please take a few moments to prepare your space before class begins. I encourage you to create a dedicated area at home, a peaceful corner where you feel comfortable, safe, and inspired to practice. Below is a list of props you may find helpful during your session (choose what supports you best):
Yoga mat
Two blocks
Yoga strap or belt
Blanket
Bolster or firm pillow
Chair or wall for balance and support
Make sure your device is positioned so you can see the screen clearly and move freely.
Most importantly, bring an open heart, patience, and curiosity.

Hatha Yoga Class This class is designed for all levels, allowing you to explore your own depth at your own pace. Here, I will challenge you to take your practice to the next level — physically, mentally, and energetically. My role is to inspire and support you; your role is to practice safely, listen to your body, and honor your own limitations. Forever Young Yoga This class is also suitable for all levels but is especially created for individuals 50+ who wish to use yoga as a tool to live a long, joyful, and pain-free life, both physically and mentally. The focus is on mobility, balance, joint care, breath awareness, and cultivating inner peace.

Foundations of Yoga This class is offered on a flexible basis and may appear as a substitute for other classes, so keep an eye on the schedule!
