Pomegranate Juice

Pomegranate is a magical fruit with edible seeds that are incredibly good for you!

This fruit has a reputation as a superfood and for a good reason.

The symbol of life and fertility,  pomegranates are high in phytochemicals and antioxidants and contain several important vitamins and minerals like vitamins A, C, K, potassium, and folate.

This beautiful fruit requires time and attention to remove seeds but it worst the effort to get all the health benefits it offers.

To make juice all you need:

3 cups Pomegranate seeds

1 cup filtered water

  • Add all the pomegranate seeds and water to the blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer. Use a spatula to press it through, straining out the seeds and skins.

Note: Diluting juice with water improves hydration and makes it less intense in flavor.
