Lavender Latte

This gorgeous blue drink is made with the most deep functional nutrient-dense superfoods!

Ingredients:

Lavender & Chamomile Flowers, 1 teaspoon each

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

1 tablespoon Honey, or to taste

1/2 teaspoon Blue Algae

1/2 teaspoon Raw Pine Pollen

1/4 Teaspoon Pearl Powder

2 drops Lavender Aroma Oil

Instructions:

Make strong Lavender & Chamomile Tea, about 1/2 cup

Gently warm the coconut milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Don’t allow it to simmer. Carefully pour milk in a blender. Add the honey, pollen, pearl powder, and blue algae and blend on high speed until warm and frothy.

Pour it over herbal tea, add lavender oil and stir well!

Note from Anastasiya:

Lavender and Chamomile tea bags can be used instead of flowers. Use two bags to achieve a stronger flavor.

Adjust the color of the drink by playing with the amount of algae powder.

I use two different kinds of milk frothier. One to warm up milk and another to blend all the ingredients for a smooth consistency.
