Autumn Harvest Juice
This juice is a powerhouse of vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other healing ingredients! I always play with different vegetable, which ever I have in my refrigerator. I surprised myself this time:) This juice turned out so good!
Ingredients:
1 Pineapple Whole
2 Yams
2-3 Carrots
2-3 Beets
2-3 Bell Pepper
Turmeric/Ginger 1 inch each
1 Red Hot Pepper
1/2 Lemon
Amazing!
Note:
If it taste to strong, add some water to dilute.
