Class Details:
In every class, we will be working on consciously linking the movement of the body with the movement of the breath resulting in clarity of the mind.
Each class includes asanas for developing balance and stability while working on mobility. You will learn and practice engaging an intelligent muscle group known as bandhas in the upper and lower body to keep the muscular and skeletal systems safe and well-aligned.
You will learn how to tune in to the energetic qualities of asanas using your breath to develop an awareness of subtle sensations that arise during practice.
Practicing various breathing techniques helps you to stay present and to become more aware of every part of your body in a moment as well as of each inhale, and of each exhale to safely access and explore the deepest parts, developing curiosity towards self and sensitivities towards your subtle energy flows.
Every class will be concluded with relaxation techniques and meditation.
With regular yoga practice, our mind becomes more peaceful and we realize that Love, Joy, and Harmony are always the natural state of oneself!
