Beet Salad

Ingredients:
2-3 raw beets, peeled and shredded
1- 2 garlic cloves
1 inch of ginger, peeled and grated
1 bell pepper, grinded
1 red hot pepper, grinded
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds oil( olive or flex can be used) or avocado, mashed
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garam masala

Method:
Simply mix all ingredients until well-combined. You can enjoy it right away or let it marinate for a few hours.
