Lavender Latte

This gorgeous blue drink is made with the most deep functional nutrient-dense superfoods!

Ingredients:
  • Lavender & Chamomile Flowers, 1 teaspoon each
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Honey, or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Blue Algae
  • 1/2 teaspoon Raw Pine Pollen
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pearl Powder
  • 2 drops Lavender Aroma Oil

Instructions:
  • Make strong Lavender & Chamomile Tea, about 1/2 cup
  • Gently warm the coconut milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Don’t allow it to simmer. Carefully pour milk in a blender. Add the honey, pollen, pearl powder, and blue algae and blend on high speed until warm and frothy
  • Pour it over herbal tea, add lavender oil and stir well!

Note from Anastasiya:
  • Lavender and Chamomile tea bags can be used instead of flowers. Use two bags to achieve a stronger flavor
  • Adjust the color of the drink by playing with the amount of algae powder
  • I use two different kinds of milk frothier. One to warm up milk and another to blend all the ingredients for a smooth consistency
