Vanilla Creamer

This creamer is simple to make and so delicious with coffee or tea!

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons presoaked cashews( preferably over night, rinsed well)
  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 vegan milk, I like hemp or oat
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, or more
  • pinch of salt

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together on high speed until light and foamy
