Cashew Sour Cream

This Sour Cream is so tasty, you won’t miss traditional one made of dairy. You can serve it on anything and everything!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight, drained, and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 cayenne pepper
  • 2/3 cup of water
  • salt to taste

Directions:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth. Add more water until desired consistency of silky cream is achieved
