This Creamy Dressing is nutritious, herby, and delicious- packed with healthy fats, proteins, and various minerals. Use it to dress up your favorite salads or as a dip with veggie platters! Make this with fresh dill, parsley, or basil!
Place all ingredients, except the herbs, into a blender
Starting on low speed, gradually increasing, blend until creamy and smooth.
Gradually add more water to achieve the desired consistency
Add the herbs, blend until chopped up finely, or blend longer for a creamier consistency
Use less water for a “dip” consistency. If you’d like a looser salad dressing, add a little more water or oil. Served it chilled. The dressing will thicken in the refrigerator. On the following day, you may add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice to bring out flavors
