Immunity Tonic

You can find a lots of different variations of the Fire Tonic on internet this days or you can create your own version like I created mine. Traditionally this tonic infused with powerful, anti-microbial ingredients to boost immune system , helps to decongest the body during the cold or to fight any other infection. This remedy is amazing to improve circulation, specially important for people who lives in northern parts of the world. I added turmeric for anti-inflammatory effects. You can cut the amount of ingredients in half to make lesser amount

Ingredients:
  • organic apple cider vinegar, 2 bottles
  • organic garlic cloves, 2 bulbs, peeled and minced
  • 2 white onions, minced
  • organic ginger root, grated with skin
  • organic turmeric root, grated with skin
  • organic hot peppers, jalapeƱos 4-5, sliced with seeds
  • organic horseradish, peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • organic raw honey

Directions:
1. You can use a food processor or grate all the roots
2. Mince the garlic, slice the onions and peppers
3. Transfer all ingredients, besides vinegar and honey, in to the big enough mason jar.
4. Fill mason jar to the top with apple cider vinegar, carefully mix it well
Cover it with plastic lid free of BPA
5. Store this precious blend in a dark cool place for 4-6 weeks.
6. When it is ready, after 4-6 weeks, strain it using cheesecloth in to another glass jar. Make sure to squeeze as much liquid as you can from the pulp. Now you can add honey to it to taste
